Because we will be designing, printing and framing personalized art for you on demand, we cannot accept returns for a refund. However, we do want you to be ecstatic about your Big Dipper product and will do whatever we can to make sure you love your customized art. If something was damaged during shipping or something is wrong with the printed art, just let us know and we’ll fix it. The good news is, our team and our printing partners are very conscientious and we very rarely have an unhappy customer. But if something is not right, please let us know right away.
